All payments go directly to Tadpole Adaptive and are applied to the order. Before launching, we work closely with the family to review needs and ensure the equipment is the right fit. Funds are used only for the equipment selected for this user.
What happens if the goal isn’t reached?
Contributions are still applied toward the order. The family can pay the remaining balance or adjust the equipment as needed.
Are there any fees?
There are no fees to contribute The campaign goal includes a small platform and processing fee so that all contributions go fully toward the equipment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes—payments are processed securely, and all contributions are tracked and applied directly to this order.
When will the equipment be delivered?
Once the campaign is fully funded and the order is finalized, we place the order with the manufacturer. Delivery timelines vary by product, and we keep the family updated throughout the process.
Can I contribute anonymously?
Yes—you can choose to remain anonymous when making a contribution.
