MobilityFunder is operated by Tadpole Adaptive, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit MobilityFunder.com, create or participate in a campaign, make a contribution, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

Shopify may independently collect and process information in connection with checkout, payments, fraud prevention, security, and operation of the Shopify platform.
Campaign Information and Public Content
MobilityFunder campaigns are designed to be publicly shared.
If you create or authorize a campaign, information submitted for publication may appear publicly on MobilityFunder.com and may be shared by campaign organizers, supporters, Tadpole Adaptive, or MobilityFunder through websites, email, social media, and other communications.
Public campaign content may include:
- First names

- Videos
- General information about a person's disability, mobility needs, or circumstances
- Adaptive equipment being funded
- Campaign goals and progress
- Stories, quotes, updates, and outcomes
Photos, videos, stories, and other personal campaign content are submitted voluntarily for public use in connection with the campaign.
Campaign organizers should only submit information and media they have the right and authority to share.
Children and Campaign Content
Many MobilityFunder campaigns benefit children.
MobilityFunder does not intend for children under 13 to independently create accounts, submit campaign applications, or provide personal information directly to us.
When a campaign involves a child, we expect the campaign application and related materials to be submitted or authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult who has authority to provide that information and consent to its publication.
By submitting photographs, videos, stories, medical or mobility-related information, or other content concerning a minor, the submitting adult represents that they have the authority to provide that content and authorize its public display in connection with the MobilityFunder campaign.
If you believe information or media concerning a child has been submitted without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review the matter promptly.

When you contribute to a campaign, we may collect your name, contact information, contribution amount, billing information, and other information necessary to process and document the transaction.
Where offered, contributors may have the option to display their contribution publicly or contribute anonymously.
Choosing to appear anonymously on a public campaign does not mean that the transaction itself is anonymous to MobilityFunder, Shopify, our payment processor, or other service providers involved in processing the contribution.

Public Information
Please remember that information intentionally published on a MobilityFunder campaign page is public information.
Once campaign content is publicly shared, other people may copy, save, repost, screenshot, link to, or otherwise redistribute it outside of MobilityFunder's control.
If campaign content is later removed from MobilityFunder, copies may continue to exist elsewhere on the internet or in search-engine caches, social media posts, supporter communications, or other third-party locations.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate MobilityFunder, administer campaigns, fulfill adaptive-equipment purchases, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations.
Public campaign content may be archived after a campaign ends, particularly when the campaign remains useful as part of MobilityFunder's historical campaign record.
Campaign organizers may contact us if they would like us to review a request to remove or modify public campaign content.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your personal information is used or shared.
Shopify provides merchants with tools for processing customer privacy requests, and applicable rights may vary by jurisdiction.
We may need to retain certain information even after a deletion request when required for transaction records, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or other legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.
