Sky Got Her Stander!

Sky’s family started this campaign hoping to bring home the kind of dynamic stander that had helped her gain independence and confidence during rehabilitation.

With help from her community, the family was ultimately able to move forward with a Rifton Mobile Stander configured around Sky’s needs.

Later, her mom sent us this wonderful photo of Sky using her Dynamic Stander at home with her service dog — exactly the kind of everyday independence her family had hoped the campaign could make possible.

Skylar is turning 13 on May 4th! For her birthday, we'd love to provide her more mobility with the Rifton Dynamic Stander. The Rifton Dynamic Stander will give Sky the standing her body needs along with the ability to move independently. She used this equipment in rehab after her double hip reconstruction surgery. It was amazing! It motivated Skylar, gave her greater independence, and boosted her confidence!
